Obama's Pastor Also Former Muslim and Black Nationalist

While I would imagine that not much more damage can be done by Obama's church affiliation, there's still some juicy side-notes popping up.

It turns out, according to the New Republic, that Reverend Jeremiah Wright was formerly a Muslim and black nationalist. This obviously makes his marching with Louis Farrakhan and meeting with Mohmar Qadaffi slightly more interesting.

Here's an excerpt from the article:

"After many lectures like this, Obama decided to take a second look at Wright's church. Older pastors warned him that Trinity was for "Buppies"--black urban professionals--and didn't have enough street cred. But Wright was a former Muslim and black nationalist who had studied at Howard and Chicago, and Trinity's guiding principles--what the church calls the "Black Value System"--included a "Disavowal of the Pursuit of Middleclassness.'"

The way it is worded almost makes it sound as like "former Muslim and black nationalist" was a part of the selling point for Obama. Do you agree?

I'm glad to see we've got high-schoolers checking out the conservative point of view.

Any dirt on McCain?

Hey, McCain was probably my absolute last choice, but he's still the lesser of three evils.

So anyways the time for dirt on McCain has passed. His dirt versus Obama though is rather minimal it appears.
