Don't tell the anti-war activists, but according to the Associated Press in the last reported year ('06) Democrats in Congress had over six times more money personally invested in military-related investments than congressional Republicans.
That's an inconvenient truth that could only slightly be explained away by spilling yet another inconvenient truth in that 7 of the 10 richest senators and congressmen are Democrats.
Party of peace, party of the little guy...meh.
Hey, there's nothing wrong with making money or investing in our defense, but I know of at least one group where that won't get any...uhhh support:
